Singer-songwriter Laroie offers a series of electronic dance songs on her independent EP Tragedy, available today on every digital/streaming platform.

Following the release of the singles Confusion, Keep Hiding (Way Back), and Stuck Here, Laroie unveils the whole Tragedy EP, which features six tracks that make us want to move. The title song is like a plea. “Keep on loving me. Keep on keep on loving me. Keep on loving me,” sings the artist as she comes to term with the “self” she has created over the years. The EP brilliantly illustrates the possibilities that arise after you have rebuilt yourself. “My wings were curled up and I made myself smaller to make others more comfortable,” explains Gab Godon, aka Laroie. “Tragedy reflects the tragic outcome that could have come to pass if I hadn’t faced my fears in order to find myself.”

Meticulously crafted with Gene Tellem, the project blends IDM, drum and bass, house, soul, and trip-hop sounds, while the lyrics have the boldness of early 2000s R&B hits.
